How well it is cared for and how you (the owners) have taken care of it and obviously have a great deal of pride in it. Also what a wonderful neighborhood it is in and has great schools. I would move into it in a minute. The boys will do fine with the move. They will miss certain things like the neighbors they have become friends with but that will fade fairly quickly as they are introduced to new experiences. Hopefully, it will move along this weekend and you will get the house sold.
