My children are now grown (22 and 20). They still need parenting, hugs, and lots of love, but they are making their own decisions, largely. We pray for them, encourage them, and help point them back to the path when they stray. I still love reading about parents’ accounts of their little children, however. It brings back many wonderful moments and memories. Childen change your life forever, but you would never go back.
I’m a musician and songwriter. I just finished my first music video titled “I Love My Children”. I wrote it, for my daughter and son, when they were young. It’s on YouTube at the following address: http://www.youtube.com/user/boblyonsmusic
Enjoy them, even when they’re small. Life is short, after all, and sleep is overrated.
Peace,
Bob Lyons
Awe – that is great, shows that you are doing a good job momma! Yesterday my child put his face in the dog bowl & then grinned like a chimp when we told him “NO” and abruptly ended his bobbing for wet dog food bits expedition.
That’s what my husband, then boyfriend said the first time I told him I loved him.

Such a polite little guy. Did you tell him that he could say, “I love you too mama.” instead of thank you? Counting the days. Love xxoo
