After I told him my blog does not revolve around him, thank you very much, (Okay, actually it does revolve around him – him, my two toddlers, and me which is obviously why named the blog 3 Stinky Boys and Me. But honestly, he was a little irritated so the quicker I could end the conversation, the better.) I told him he’d been bumped from the blog today for an amazing skin care line I just discovered.
Boots has been the best selling beauty brand in the United Kingdom for 75 years. Women there expect not only a top of the line hypo-allergenic product, but an affordable one. Boots finally brought its entire collection to the United States and you can find it at Target.
I really like the No 7 skin care line from Boots. I’ve never tried a Glycolic Peel before, but I can’t imagine one working better than this one which is $24.99. I’ve only used the peel 4 times so far, and I swear my skin is softer and more toned. After my results with the product, I couldn’t wait to try other Boots products.
A good micro-dermabrasion is hard to find and believe me when I say I’ve tried them all. I really like this one by Boots. With a dime sized squirt, you can rub away all that dry skin that makes your face look so dull. The micro-dermabrasion also smooths your skin which allows you to apply make-up better. You can buy it at Target for $14.99.
I love the skin care line so much I had to try the No7 make-up collection too. I don’t like matte lipstick. Not only do I think it makes ladies look older, I don’t like how it feels on my lips. I’ve looked the world over looking for the perfect sheer lipstick and I think I’ve found it. The No7 Sheer Temptation Lipstick is lovely. The sheer wash of color is so easy to wear and the effect is really modern and pretty. Your lips will be gorgeously glossy and wonderfully hydrated but not at all sticky. And here’s the best part: it’s only $9.99.
Boots has other lines in addition to the No7 collection I adore so much and I plan to try them all. My next purchase will be from the Boots Apothecary collection where every single product is packaged in reusable vintage style glass bottles which are so pretty.
